Cancellation policy -
Credit card is required in order to reserve an appointment. As a courtesy to all our clients, 24 hours cancellation notice is required for single services and 48 hours for multiple appointments and packages. In the event of cancellation in less than the required time, a 50% charge will be applied. There is a 100% charge for no show appointments.
If an appointment is not confirmed 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to cancel it and offer it to the customer on a waiting list. Thank you for your understanding.
Online scheduling - all appointments can be scheduled online 24/7, using the Vagaro app.
If you don't see an appointment available at the time that works for you, feel free to put yourself on a waiting list by calling the spa or through the Vagaro app.
Please note gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable, All gift cards and gift certificates do not expire and are non-transferrable
